It is a very know fact that we don't get enough sleep during the week. In general, scientists recommend to sleep six to nine hours a day. Sleeping less than six hours a day will affect your brain and you will be exhausted physically as well. Accumulated fatigue might develop different types of disorders.

Ignore your cell phone, and turn off the TV at least one hour before going to bed. It will help your brain to relax and make it easier for you to fall asleep. If you have sleeping disorders, it is recommended to see a doctor for possible treatment.

2. Stress

We always experience some sort of stress. Stress is usually caused by over thinking or worrying too much.  Not only it affects us emotionally but it can harm us physically. Our body needs mental and physical rest in order to recover. However, when we are over thinking or stressing out, our body is affected and certain problems such as metabolic disorder, high blood pressure, accelerated pulse rate and constant fatigue may arise.

So what do we need to do?

It is important to know that stress can cause fatigue. You need to realize what causes your stress and act on it. Proper and healthy diet includes fresh fruits, vegetables, protein (chicken breast, fish and low-fat dairy), whole grains, complex carbohydrates, legumes and healthy fats (avocado, olive oil and nuts). The will fuel your body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fatty acids and amino acids. You will get a boost of energy and will feel fresh throughout the day. In addition, it is important to drink water (at least 8 glasses a day).

4. Too much Caffeine

If you consume a moderate dose of caffeine it can help you to be more alert and concentrated. However, too much caffeine can increase your heart rate, raise your blood pressure and make you more "shaky". According to recent studies, caffeine is the most widely used psychoactive substance in the world. Increased consumption often causes sleep disorders, headaches and muscle aches. The good news is lowering caffeine consumption will reduce these symptoms.

Vitamins and minerals are very essential for our body. They are responsible for the body structure. Moreover, vitamins and minerals are necessary for healthy skin, normal metabolism and our health.

Unfortunately, we live in the world where it is hard to get fresh food. A lot of chemicals and other factors are used while growing vegetables and fruits.
